Those are San Pedro cacti. I have Peruvian Torch and Peyote growing as well. All three are pretty low maintenance if you can get them to survive past the first six months. I water and fertilize them every couple weeks and thats it.

San Pedro and Peruvian torch take about 2 years, peyote is a different story. They are going to take a good 5 years. All three contain mescaline. The idea is to grow peyote for decorative purposes and grow the other ones for... um... different purposes.
