I'm sorry too. I just care so deeply about freedom, it's literally like being stabbed in the heart to hear someone say they don't care about them, or the constition is obsolete.

But you're right, everyone has their opinion. I just believe so strongly in the Constitution, because we've been rapidly losing our rights since the alleged "war on terror."

However, I really don't try to argue or fight with anyone; I think I just come off the wrong way to a lot of people here. Of course, I can be an asshole too inadvertently. But I don't think you're stupid by any means, you just see things differently than I do.

 

STP - you attack Obama too much. He is just a puppet. You should be going after the system which pulls his strings and those of every other president. You are pretty much right, but I think you tend to feed into all the polarization when you attack Obama. Certain people are conditioned to respond to that a certain way, and usually it just makes people go on the defense and they stop listening to what you say.

I was thinking about it too, and I know why you feel that way about hippies. Some were really self righteous, and would yell at soldiers coming home from the war; calling them "Baby killers" and what-have-you...

 

Obama is merely continuing the path set by Bush and the previous presidents. And trust plenty of people are upset. However most people never even heard of the NDAA to they have no idea it was signed into law, plus it was written by a democrat AND a republican. There are no political parties they're all just one in the same.

Well that's fair and understandable. I don't just blame obama though. Our government is basically a business. I'm not too worried about it though, cause history tells us a government cannot keep control without the consent of the governed, and they're rapidly losing our consent.

rich people are just people. the ones who make the news are often ass holes. but that's what corporate media gives us to distract us from what the power structure, and our own priorities together that motivates it, are doing to us.

it has less to do with what anyone has or doesn't have, then with the corporate mechanism which blindly concentrates wealth, with utter and absolute disregard for all else.
