    these are my favs, maybe not all are rock n roll exactly but nonetheless

    janis joplin, marianne faithfull, joni mitchell, etta james, patti smith, grace slick, aretha franklin, carole king, blille holiday, dusty springfield, joan baez, ani difranco

    janis is the queen though :cool:
