So, the team captain just called me, and I'm doing a solo audition....TOMORROW NIGHT. EEPS! I guess we'll see if I got what it takes .

Have you seen the movie Whip It? If not I HIGHLY suggest it. Especially before your audition it will get you even more excited.

It's big here. I'm friends with a few of them, so I go to the bouts occasionally.

One of my friends has fucked what seems like all of them in the area, lol, so I like going with him. Free admission and free PBR all night.

It's kind of cliche though. The names crack me up, most of the ones down here are sexual in nature.

 

It is cliche, but so fun. The whole scene is right up my alley. I'm excited to try out!

 

I didn't mean that to sound as negative as it did.. excuse my cynicism.

I will say that every person involved with that seems to have fun just about all the time. It's like the girls all become really close friends, then their significant others are friends too. That's pretty cool.

 

I didn't take it that way at all. It's all good.

I haven't put on skates in almost 10 years. I'm surely going to get my ass handed to me tomorrow, but I'm looking forward to it none the less.
