the plan is to thrift the items i need, and i already have a collection of thingamabobs and whatzits that would make ariel proud. i can also make gears and things from clay, as long as it is sealed well they hold up pretty good. and i might use wood as a base as well, since i have a dremel. the rest is up to the metallic paint. i need to get more, i only have copper paint left. its beautiful though, i love metallic paints.

stinkbug chimes .. I flick the stinkbug to the right it pings the glass makes tone. I ping it to the left it hits another glass makes tone., but two different tones. then again for the 3rd time to the lamp base a different tone. only a stoner would notice that stupid shit.

 

some people are just less creative than others. the themes within steampunk do seem to run together and have many of the same popular accessories. like the goggles. makes sense everyone would need them, considering the pollution and the steam exhaust that would be present.
just out of curiosity, in what ways did you find them to all look the same? did they order the same items from a store?

 

Went well. She needs a place to live soon and i told her she cant live here unless i get you, cause their no damn way i would be comfortable if you brought some dude in here for sex in the back. Couldn't handle that.

She was surprised but understood.

She is afraid that if we hook up and get serious that if it doesnt work out our friendship be ruined...which i think is bs...i dont think like that but i understand...

So as we walk outside, she lights up her greens and says 'well maybe i could just be here for a couple months' and i said nothing but just looked at her and she got it...then she walked off saying she'll think about it.

god i hate how shit i am at mathematics. Ironically i really find maths interesting and enjoy it, but i am one of the least talented people of all time to ever study maths. All throughout highschool I was in the lower level math, and now in college I am in standard level upon my advisors recomendation. I honestly at this point rather be in a lower level math course and get an A or B, than the one I am in now and fail the class. Going to have to talk to my advisor and see what the options are as at my previous college I was in a catch-up math class before I left there for medical reasons...

 

it's raining hard here now, the weekend snow is quickly melting. i tried to walk to and from the library before the rain started coming down... but failed, and am now pretty soaked.

i've been on a reading kick lately... reading a lot about the history and politics of haiti. very interesting, but also very depressing.
