Weed is always given as the excuse for lack of responsibility.

Just commenting on the examples you gave. I know that you don't necessarily believe in it.

 

Income means nothing, but if you can't make enough money to support yourself or your family then somethings gotta change. Usually that means either cutting down on weed or quitting altogether.

From first hand experience I can truthfully say that whenever I smoked pot I lacked any motivation to go out and do the things needed to be done. It made me lazy and forgetful and at the time I really didn't care.

Some people can handle it. Some people can't. I know the majority of people on this forum can handle weed and still pay their bills, get to school/work on time, etc. I'm not one of those people, and I have a few friends who are the same.

Well, that's true. Some people should just stay from these substances because of what you described.

Agreed. Although, if you are a loner and like the simple life that you live then I don't see anything wrong with that.

I am still not completely convinced that it's the weed to blame.

 

alcohol is so much worse than weed, I've done so much stupid shit I can't remember on it that I wouldn't even think about doing stoned.

 

I actually just totaled my car two days ago for being drunk and stupid. I'm trying to quit all together but I haven't prevailed. I haven't smoked in two days either.

Just stikk to the Chronic, Chronic! Drop that 40! I hope ya wernt hurt. I did the same things when I was in my teens and 20's. Alcohol nearly rekkt my life. It wasnt till after I started smokin Herb regular that I was able to get my life together. Herb gives me great introspect and a deeper understanding of myself and those around me. It helps me see things for what they are. -Pluss, if ya were stoned drivin when ya got into your accident ya wouldnna got hurt cause you wouldda only been goin like 3 miles an hour or so.

 

Yea I got whip-lash pretty bad and im taking pain killers for it. But im more worried about my DUI, Fleeing the scene of an accident, and how im going to get a new car AND pay off these god damn fines.

You speak the truth, Im always going slow when im stoned, but when im drunk i just HAVE to take turns at 60 mph. and fishtailing it into a 10 grand tow trailer and breaking a supposedly 10 grand pressure washer. Which they may sue me over.
I was kicked out of my grandfathers house and now im living with my brother.
Take this as your advise for life. DON'T DRINK AND DRIVE!

 

Wow Brudda. Im really sory to hear that. I hope you get threw this alcohol shitt. I couldnt till I was 38. Like I said it pretty much rekkt my life. I stoped when my older Brudda died from serosis. My nefyew came over and told me he was gone and he left me a message.-"Stop drinkin. Dont die like this cause it hurts like hell." We were alcoholics. I still am. I toasted Joe all night and quit drinkin the next day. I havnt had a drink since. Not one. I smoke everyday tho. Alcohol closed my eyes. Herb opened them. Blessins on ya my Brudda. I hope you fight your demon. Thats what your doin, your fighting a demon. I hope you kikk its ASS!

No they wouldn't, giant companies would be able to far undersell normal dealers and growers, the only dealers there would be would be gigantic farmers selling to giant companies, how cheap you'd have to sell your weed just wouldn't make dealing as it is now worth it.

I used to visit those lakes every Spring. It was beautiful. Unfortunately I haven't been down there since my uncle who used to live there died a few years ago. Is it still serene or did it get overpopulated like everywhere else is now?

 

Naa Brudda. Its still beautyfull! The lakes are emerald green. Just beautyfull. Its way way slow rite here. We see more coyotes and eagles than people. I kinda like it this way. Its REAL REAL slow and laid back!

 

aahh man i miss it now. i remember almost drowning in lake McClure after my brother pushed me off a freakin cliff.
I'll have to make a visit after i get another car.
