Salvia: the next marijuana

Salvia is bullshit.

My experience wasn't bad turing the "trip". I saw a fairy spirit thing the fist time which made me laugh, and then second time I basically blacked out.

I hate the come-down. Afterwards I just feel like I am now that much dumber and it really takes a toll on your body and I feel depressed (I know some don't). It just feels nasty to me. Not even worth doing it because you don't enjoy it. You just EXPERIENCE it.

That's why I don't care what happens to salvia.

 

but you should, its the principal of it. They are trying to illegalise another part of nature, a plant.
Whether you enjoy the effects from it or not the fact is that its a backwards step. Although im sure those spastics on youtube have something to do with this

That's because barely anyone gives a fuck about salvia. Also, I do think that salvia could be dangerous in certain situations. You'll be fine as long as you're not a dumbass with salvia, but last time I checked, there are quite a few dumbasses. Plus, if you really wanted some salvia you could grow it pretty much anywhere without raising suspicion, or just order it from the net.

 

I don't understand how a person who derives pleasure from any scheduled substance can in good conscience support or condone the prohibition of any other. Especially for reasons as weak as personal experience--at least bring up social cost or something. What this amounts to is: "I don't like it, and you shouldn't either!"

 

I don't think he's supporting or condoning anything. He just doesn't give a damn. That's not condoning, that's just being apathetic. It's neutrality.

and Astro: It's pretty hard to move on a heavy salvia trip. For me anyway.

 

I'm not banning it. I see how illegalizing a plant is ridiculous.
I'm just saying it won't affect me (which is "selfish" I guess). I don't think it is good for a lot of the people who are using it as well.
If there was a vote I would vote to keep it. I just don't care what happens because I don't want to try it again. Calm down.
