Maybe so, but then nobody will prove that it was real, either. To me, there is more than ample evidence to prove the entire thing was a staged event.
Pretty much, especially events which occur on a mass scale and are clearly designed to terrorize the public. There isn't a single major terrorist attack that has happened in the last 20+ years that has not coincided with a drill, be it Oklahoma City, 9/11, 7/7, Sandy Hook, or the Boston Marathon bombings. Yes, all have false flag written all over them. The evidence speaks for itself.
I'd rather be slightly paranoid than completely complacent like most of the population. The fact that so many people are blindly trusting of government makes it easy for them to pull off these stunts and get away with it. Most people don't even question government involvement when this shit happens, they simply automatically believe what the news tells them.
I think you're picking up on the "psychosis" aspect of what happened. Trust me, it is VERY difficult to put it into words.
I passed the Mensa pre-test. Aced it (it's so easy). Sent away for an official test kit, got it, then chickened out. Anyone who wants to shoot for CIA .. pass mensa first. lol http://www.mensa.org/ Here's the US site: http://www.us.mensa.org/join/testing/
There are SO many different ways of looking at this. Personally, I'd like to think it was a real event, and I have a little more faith in humanity than some of you. There were funerals, there were people mourning, there were so many different people and outlets involved. I wasn't there, so I can't say what happened. Regardless, the hoax theories are very interesting to think about. Take my mind on a trip.
Hell, I've seen the exact opposite occur. Someone hears what they believe to be just another conspiracy theory, and they start the ad-hom attacks and emotional outbursts. No discipline . . .
I only do so when the "theory" is completely ludicrous on it's surface and does not stand up to real scrutiny, like 99.9% of the ones that highlight Hip forums. why is it so hard for folks to apply the same tests of skepticism, rationality and logic to EVERYTHING????? discernment is what is really lacking in the present world, IMHO.
When something is so completely ludicrous that it doesn't stand up to scrutiny, that's when I wouldn't waste energy responding to it. But we all have our methods of coping with what we disagree with.
I don't know any who are blindly trusting. I know many who do not have the idleness of mind and occupation to care. I know many who do not have disproportionate or fearful reactions to the news stories they hear. Paranoia is fear without fact otherwise you would simply be aware. Fact is these stories do not materially affect us but the mind entertains all kinds of abstractions unto even the lunatic fringe. What does habitual paranoia demonstrate about the world other than you are afraid?
Here, let me paraphrase that for you: Pressed Rat, I think you are exhibitting a disproportionate reaction to what you discover to be true. If I'm not concerned about something, then you shouldn't be either.
Adam Lanza was dressed in military-style clothes and used a military-style weapon . This is a soldier of the god of war . For such a god to exist , it is a nation of people who have conspired in spirit .
