Parchment from a number of the Dead Sea Scrolls has been carbon dated. The initial test performed in 1950 was on a piece of linen from one of the caves. Ummmm.... Actually, the oldest scrolls were written in with Palaeo-Hebrew letters and much of it Aramaic language. Nothing like modern Hebrew.

It looks like it was written by imbeciles to you because you project certain things on them, and also seem to have read the bible from a very subjective (prejudiced) standpoint.
