Are you actually suggesting that people be christian because in the bible's story a person has the most to lose?

 

this question is asked far too often and those asking it dont really seem that interested in an answer anyways, this line is every Athiest's number one question, which is fine. But you cannot know the answer unless you know God, and you cannot know God if you dont open your heart even to the possibility that He's real. we can give the same answers over and over to the same questions, but no one actually learns anything if they don't open themselves up to God.

 

give all the money you want to charity. Go to church every day of your life. Perform random acts of kindness at every opportunity. Volunteer your every spare moment to a soup kitchen.....it will not save your soul. There is only one way to God and that is through Jesus.

On the other hand, you are right, there are tons of people who claim to know God yet hoard money and eat like gluttons and treat people like crap. God knows all of our hearts and whether we are right with him or not, that's why he tells us not to judge eachother.
