hey, so i have been, by financial necessity, delaying construction of my tent.

when i get around to it, i'm gonna want my harvest as soon as possible....

if i recall correctly you mentioned at one point having dabbled in 12/12 from seed and recommended against it, but i also have mandala seeds and as you know they aren't expensive and i'd expect the payoff to outweigh the cost of the seeds and electricity even if it wouldnt be a maximum yield....

i was curious more on how it effects time till harvest....

i mean with no vegging, wouldnt they be ready really quick? it would be nice to have some good bud before the end of winter

if you go 12/12 from seed they will still veg a little bit because they wont flower until they are mature. And that is around 30 days. I would just veg them because it would go a lot faster than 12/12 from seed. 12/12 from seed would be great for a perpetual grow where you are always growing and harvesting.

i was just curious....i knew doing 12/12 from seed wont get them flowering immediately, but figured it was bound to shorten the entire growing time as well as the plant...

good to know, i probably would have just started when i converted to the flowering lighting schedule...i would have figured it would be hard to determine the specific day they begin flowering. i assume then its the day you first notice they're definitely flowering without a doubt? i dunno how to tell that i guess....good to know theres something i need to learn about

i had figured initiation of flowering and "days till harvest" were sort of just rough outlines anyway. i was gonna try and get a good loupe or strong magnifying glass or something and try and tell by the trichomes
