Why is it that people don't blame guns when cops shoot people?

 

You say that as if people don't blame the perpetrator in a mass shooting?

 

How do we know if they won't do much, if we haven't tried them yet? (With the exception of the metal detectors at some schools)

 

He was able to inflict heavy damage because:
-professionally trained
-2 victims were actually Stabbed to death
-killed 3 at close range upon initially entering the tower
-had the "high ground" to his advantage
-by the time law enforcement can figure out where the shots were coming from and how
to get to him, he was able to effectively engage multiple targets for an hour and a half

 

Programming children to be progressive political activists for gun-control is child abuse .
But , hey , children are wise in another way , and there may be a surprise : they may say
the spirit answer is no mo' war .

 

What a fucking insult to children who have suffered actual abuse.

You know, a couple months ago, they found something like 12 kids chained up by their parents around here. They were beaten and starved, and were only rescued because one kid escaped out the bedroom window and called 911.

Since we’re getting into specificity here, there’s been a great deal of talk about the AR-15 and how it was used in seven previous mass shootings, but in reality Omar Mateen (the Orlando shooter) actually used a Sig Sauer MCX to kill 49 people. Sure It’s still an AR-15-style rifle, but it’s a different manufacturer’s take on the gun.

And ISIS recruits kill lots of people with cars and trucks. So far, none in school classrooms. I don't think anyone claims that gun control will stop mass murder, just certain forms of it.

 

And he had a brain tumor. Think what he could have done with an AR15 or assault style rifle with a 30 round Magazine.
