Its Friday and im going to make an awesome dinner.

Steamed broccoli, and carrots with a little bit of ground beef and a bit of sharp cheese.

Then I love making shell pasta with peas and a garlic alfredo sauce. The peas fit into the shell pasta just perfect, works good.

Food, yum, looking forward..

Ive not seen my roommate in over a week.. im guessing she rented the place as a fall-back... just a place she can go to get away from everything? not sure really... but she has been here almost a month and ive seen her maybe 4 times for a few hours total...

 

I just brewed a pot too...gotta work at 9-11

I accidently hit my knee on this pointed pineapple looking thing and its really sore :/

when i was a kid i tripped once and smacked my knee right on the corner of the hydraulic woodsplitter knife

not for long...it was more of a bloody mess than a painful experience

when I was 13 I was playing mini hockey in my basement and I knelt on a straight pin and it went straight inside my knee between the joint and I couldnrt straighten my leg...

it hurt like hell.....

mom took me to the hospital and that was back in the day when your family doctor was actually at the hospital half the time......

he rolled in an xray thing right in to the er and one of those tv on a stands from school....

I watched him fish out the pin live on tv....it was awesome....he said '''this like finding a needle in a haystack''.

every time he moved the tweezers close to the pin it would move away from them...it was jammed good into cartilage
