i was shocked by it at the gym when i first started working there. but when they started giving me directions and criticisms, i felt like i'd finally managed to fit in.
yea, the comraderie in PL and strongman is outstanding. you guys compete and then you cheer on your fellow competitor
I don't work with heavy lifting anymore. Can't put on any more weight. But yeah, the only problem I saw was that you weren't even, and you were bending at your midsection too much. I'm not the one to give proper advice here though.
