imo that is obviously NOT a sex offender...that's a screw up with the law. nothing wrong with that. I'm thinking rape, child molestation etc
or ovaries too, if you feel that way while there are obviously many times more situations where the perpetrators are men and the victims women, there are cases where men/boys are victims as well.
Thats where it gets tricky, rape is clear cut... its an ancient crime thats easily recognized like murder for example but when does statutory rape become child molestation? i'd say anything below 16, others ( i know from reading on this site) would argue that the age is much lower... so im thinking that it wouldnt be hard for a psycologist to determine if someone is a threat... a predator... i just dont know its such an ethical dillema...
yep ovaries too. rape is rape and molestation is molestation no matter what gender. I don't understand it don't want to understand it don't want to go there. people are just fucked, devestate one persons life and steal their brain for their 10 minutes of violent power-disgusting IF YOU ARE OF ADULT AGE AND ARE NOT MENTALLY ILL IN THE CONVENTIONAL SENSE
no one checked out the scariest sex offender ever then? come on, if you saw it you would be commenting by now
exactly my point. Not everyone who is on these lists, belong on them. and even still there are people in this country who are wrongfully convicted of rape, just the same as those wrongfully conficted of murder. Obviously what happened a few months ago is a very RARE occurence, but the point can be made that had they not been on a Sex Offender list, they would still be alive today. No connection has been established (that I know of) between the murderer and the two men who were killed.
His eyes man... i saw the pic, the lightest blue eyes but its like the devil is behind them... damn he is scary...
In most states that is how it is. Most people are not classified as violent and dangerous and therefore their addresses aren't listed. Some are but not most.
No human soul, yeah that does some up his eyes pretty well, its like he is a living breathing shell of a man but empty inside... thats what the devil can do i suppose (and by devil i mean internal confliction which is my definition).
Does it differntiate between the crimes? like peeping toms and rapists? or does it just say who they are and where they live?
boston: level 2 - 181 offenders lever 3 - 96 offenders and as far as i can tell, only 1 in my neighborhood...
in my town they differentiate between what the crime was and the age group and gender of the victim/s. they also list a risk factor, and a lot say n/a under risk.... i don't know what means, unless it says they're locked up or dead? doesn't make sense. one guy was listed because of indecent exposure to a 53 yr old man....
