I agree with you in theory.. But at the same time, people who brag often seem to be doing it to overcompensate for their insecurities, making it seem unattractive. You say modesty is overrated but I don't know.. You don't brag, yet you exude a type of confidence that makes me think you are fully aware of your strengths. You don't need to brag.. You don't play anything down either though.. Which is the kind of "modesty" I hate.. When people who do amazing paintings or play an instrument well say they're "terrible", or when they're complimented they talk themselves down. That kind of modesty is overrated.

There was a closeup vagina one on a first post account recently. Doesn't really offend me.. But so many people seem to come to this site to talk about wifeswapping, etc.. Letting the place develop that sort of image will increase it.. And that's just boring.

 

Thee's always "The Butt Thread" if you feel the need to showcase your posterior...

Some people who brag are extremely confident though. Like a Muhammad Ali. Even Bruce Lee can be boastful at times. But if you can back it up then to me you earn the right to be as boastful as you wish. I also think some do so because they are proud. Like after winning a race.

I find that highly annoying too. And usually ignore them. I get the impression they want people to stop and say "oh, you're not terrible, you're so talented how could you think you are not." Like they like that type of attention. But i also feel some are perfectionist and can never be satisfied.

Just because people have the right to be as boastful as they wish doesn't change they get annoying because of it when they maximize using that right.
Watching M. Ali crush his opponents and brag before and after about it is not a good example; we mainly take notice of it in sport programs that remember how he stood out. It's quite bearable at those instances. Having to live with such a guy is probably a less fun experience

What definition of sexy does this mean man? I've never considered myself physically sexy but I think I have other qualities some can dig. In all honesty I'm just me and if that ain't sexy enough for someone I don't know what to tell them.
