What fucking planet some people are
No always means NO, nothing else

Unless there is an established play with a safe word or something agreed upon between two persons
    Unconscious, no-go, no touch!
Unless she already gave permission to play while she is sleeping

Right, 99% of the time. Unless it's in a playful situation with an established partner. And even then.....

Well one time I was with a younger cutey and she already knew very well how much I enjoyed playing with her breast and she liked it. I told her if I was lucky I would play with them for a long time. She closed her eyes after telling me to have hers all the time I wanted. She fell asleep and I kept having my fun. After a while she woke up and just smiled at me, saying it felt nice and let me continue.
    I felt I was a lucky guy
