Sexually Harassed....

Thats it I am fucking quiting, I am tired of this..
For the past week or so people have been horribly mean to me and today is the last straw, I am about to have a break down.
I have been in the restroom for a half hour crying my eyes out..
People here are the devil, I have never ever met so many mean people in my life..
They all treat me like I am worse than a piece of shit..
I just cant take it anymore and it makes me so damn angry..
I dont want to work here anymore and i am putting in my two weeks, its not worth it, people are horrible and its not fair. I did nothing wrong...
Its hard for me to sit her, and listen to people talk about me, be rude to me all day long, ignore me, stare at me, its horrible and makes me want to puke..

why dont you just be up front with him and tell him he is makin you feel unfortable and if he dont tell somebody

 

You need a lawyer. It's incumbent upon your employer to provide a safe workplace for you. You've done your part by pointing out to your boss the unsafe working condition that exists and he's failed to adequately correct it. He is your company's representative. Due to his failure to make adequate corrections to protect your safety, you have suffered untold damage. Your lawyer will better be able to help you with what those damages are...for example, emotional stress, possibly something that they call loss of consortium, but I think that you need to be married to claim that one. It means that you no longer enjoy sex with your spouse as a result of what is happening. It may not sound like a genuine damage, but it is. We here can give you well meaning advice all day long, but we're not lawyers (probably not anyway) The point that I started to make in the beginning is now that your boss has failed to correct your unsafe working condition, your company is now on the hook and exposed to liability. You need to talk to a lawyer. More than likely you won't have to sue. If you get the right lawyer, who is aggressive and knowledgeable, the threat of a lawsuit is probably all it will take to wake your company up. They will likely want to keep it quiet and offer you a settlement without you having to file a suit. That is where you'll get your revenge. You can ask for whatever you want. Have Bob fired, his wife find out why, your boss demoted, and a cash settlement to you to pay for additional carreer training, and loss of wages while training, because you can never work there again due to the hostile environment that was allowed to fester through no fault of your own. You may also need money for counseling because now you distrust all older men, ect....Like I said, a lawyer who is versed is this area of law will know just what kind of damages to which you're entitled. Don't feel as though you're not damaged either. You have been wronged under the law, and that is why laws are there, to protect the innocent. If you do nothing else today, open the phone book and schedule a consultation with an attorney. It's your right and your duty. This isn't supposed to happen and you're not the only victim. Bob is also victimizing your company, his family, and possibly other women in the past. You can stand up for all of them, and prevent it from happening to others.

By the way, did you follow HappyHaHa's link? Ultimately, you're going to have to take responsibility for you own welfare here. Speaking of which, don't you have parents that you can talk to about this? You're own father might like to go and punch Bob's lights out. Just talk to the lawyer first. I want to add one other thing here. Bob is giving men a bad reputation and that makes me mad. We are not all like that. It is my firm belief that we as men are here to care for and protect women, not to rule them. Sorry if that sounds like I'm living in the 1950's but it's what I believe.

 

Right on Shroomy, I didn't want to advise you to quit your job, seemed kinda irresponsible or something, but I'm really glad that you did. You deserve way better then some job where people treat you like crap. You did absolutly nothing wrong and it takes a lot of guts to know when to get yourself outta a bad situation like that. I know its really hard, but your going to feel a lot better about yourself. You deserve to get a job where your treated with respect, and not settling for less is really admirable. Sorry that your job sucked so bad.

I swear to fuck that story pisses me off so bad... Just give me the word Mystical Shroom and i will drive down to that treehouse where you live and personally kick the shit out of all the guys you used to work with.

 

I know the right thing to do would be to stay and get a lawyer and stuff, but I just dont want to mess with it anymore.. Friday was my last day. And I did make sure to let my bosses boss know and others in the corporate area know as well. Before I left I tpyed them all up a letter and also when I gave my exit interview, I told them as well.
I found a way better job that I start in a week, Monday at my friends insurance company, so I am pretty excited about that.

But If i were you and you've not done anything beyond just being a bitch so far. this is what you should do if you dont want to press charges.

Get in his face , go way beyond bitch and say " Look you've made it clear you've got some lust crap going on here for me but I dont like you, Dont want you and you better back the fuck off or im pressing charges! If you dont understand me now say so and lets get the law in on this and get it over with cause your not worth spending any more of my time on "

In other words spell it out to him just like a asshole would so he really understands No means NO.
