I run up and down stairs, I run on the treadmill, I do my workouts on the rebounder, I do crunches, pilates, and I dance. But I rarely eat so my body is refusing to give up this layer of blubber.
My sister bought me the full collection of Carmen Electra's Strip Tease Workout on DVD last Christmas. It's fun. She also bought me a belly dancing video, which is so much fun to do - except I want to learn the dance of the seven veils! Tee hee hee.
hahaha.. I don't do anything to keep in shape. I'm like skinny and even getting bony at this point but I'm not toned at all.. I don't really have cellulite but I don't know how I don't, maybe just having an adrogynous body.. like basically being guy-like.. hah
yoga, and belly dancing ugh. i havent done both of those in so long, miss them. i duno how im not fat yet really. its weird.
