2003 marks my 20th barefoot year. Last month threw away a bunch of old shoes. I think I have white leather gifted shoes I never wore once. Somewhere in the house

Today I had to go to Walmart to get a couple of things and I looked at the bottoms of my bare feet and they didn’t get black like they do but they got a little dirty 64182EFE-4745-4BC5-9371-AEE054D88CF2.jpeg

I walked three miles day before yesterday.

Gravel, mud, etc. Damn flies and mosquitoes were spectacular! One hour to get back to the van! Evil bugs!

Came back to two falcons bitching at one another, one was on the roof of my van,no poop.

  9. I guess I am an oddity.

I have no interest in pics of feet or staring at anybody else's feet. I have a less than zero foot fetish.

I am simply a guy who likes to go barefoot. Feet just happen to be part of the bargain.

Ouch. That looks really painful, Nudegardener.

Looks like it broke your skin. Just clean it good and get it out into the sunlight to prevent infection. A nice hot-water soak with Epsom salts can speed up the healing process and help ease the pain.

Wish you relief from pain and a speedy recovery.

The 80+ degree weather has ended in my locale. Now the temperature is in the upper-50's/low 60's today, sunny, and most people are in jeans, jackets and closed-toe shoes.

I'm still barefoot (of course), and in shorts and a tie-dye surf t-shirt. Walking the dog felt cool and refreshing and the ground still feels warm underfoot.

Barefoot land surfer I know how you feel even where I live it been in the high 70’s and the morning temperature has been in the 50’s and I still see some people in flip flops and I have seen some people walking barefoot. I really love the cool temperature and I can’t wait to walk barefoot in the snow..

Thanks barefoot Rick. The morning temperature has been in the low 50's here too. (a few mornings only upper 40's) You are fortunate to still see some people in flip flops or going barefoot around there. Except for a very very few people, everybody here is completely covered up and all bundled. I try to avoid bundling to allow my body to adapt to the cold. The other night I came across an older gentleman riding his bike during my walk and he was wearing flip flops, shorts and a t-shirt. He spotted me barefoot in shorts and a t-shirt. He slowed down and we both grinned and nodded to each other in camaraderie.

That’s cool barefoot land surfer I have even seen people here wear flip flops all the way to December. I’m barefoot all year even when I have to remove snow I’m barefoot.

Thanks barefoot Rick. It's my goal this year to make it to December barefoot. We'll see about January & February because winters are difficult here. I attempted to remove snow barefoot last winter but it didn't go well. My feet got too cold after 5 minutes and I had to go back indoors. This year I'm building up my feet to the weather so I should have better luck.
