lol, thats just about the funniest and most sadistic thing i've heard in a long while.

 

first of, tell em what she took. She might have to go thourgh some kind of brain detox to rid any unknown chemicals.....it shoudl go away on its own, if it affected the brain permenantly she will ahve problems.

 

ok, i called her house and her mom just wont tell me anything. Ima tell my friend to tell the docs it was an illegal RC to prevent hydroxy from becomming illegal. In my opinion, a mental ward would know how to take the proper proceedure to bring her back to her normal state, even if it involves a lifetime of antipschotics. I "believe" at this point she would have probably come down and admitted everything, her parents would have then placed her in an extensive in patient rehab program.
when i called, her mom said she'd be gone for possibly a year.

I'm sure they prescribe the same thing for most psycadelic induced psycosis ...so them not knowing exactly what she did probably isn't going to be a death blow.
The mental ward isn't the worst place in the world...most people do come back out.

 

^^ yeah, a lot of my frinds go in and out of wards, jus not for this reason. Thanx everybody for trying to help, i just wish i could relay this to her mother, but her motheer wont talk about it, or tell me where she is........ just keep her in your prayers

 

holy shit this thread is old as hell, but guess what?
she got out the other day, she saw my friend at the store and called me from his cell phone. man does she sound optimistic! she is so excited to be out in society again! she talks non-stop now, but i would too if i was locked up for 6months+
YAY!!

 

that's awesome! I'm glad that things got better and it wasn't permanant. being locked up (in an institution and in your head) is a terrible feeling. I'm really happy that your friend is better! IT must have been so sad to watch.

I'd like to know what she could have known about her body, substance, or source that could have changed the outcome?

 

How long did it take her to get out of the state she was put into?

 

That is really scary. Good reason not to dose people without their consent.

I am glad she is doing better.

Highly unlikely, they are almost never prescribed anymore for anything. And I doubt even something like St John's Wort (which may have MAOI properties) would be strong enough to cause a reaction like this.

o she was asking to take it for a while, dude wouldnt let her, then one night he did. he didnt like dose her without her knowing! hes not that mean.

 

I would love to be dosed without knowing as a birthday present or something..

Are you sure it was 4-ho-dipt? because fron the deatails of the story it dosent sound like 4-ho-dipt at all. 4-ho-dipt is a drug that takes you sky high throws you around up there for awile and then grabs you back down to earth. by 4 hours after she took it she should of come down from the trip, and by the first hour she should of been tripping hard. because she started tripping at the 2 hour mark i would be EXTREMLY sceptacle as to what the substance is.

 

Yeah, but rule #1 is that different people react differently. True that the whole episode was probably mostly psychotic in nature, but still I could see that happening.

 

well actually that was the only RC this kid ever got off the street, it could have been anything..

Wile people do react diffrently to diffrent substances the reaction here is WAY off normal. she started tripping as soon as most others come down. usally your back down to earth completely at 3-3.5 hours. to start tripping at around 2 hours is quite along time, few RC's take 2 hours to come up, 2c-e takes along time, but not really a full 2 hours. none of the 4-ho-xxx's take very long to reatch the peak.

 

Could the RC have triggered a psychotic reaction from a girl who was latently psychotic? Could this be a warning about how close she is to breaking out with full-blown psychosis? Was she hospitalized before?

I ask these questions because being kept in a ward for 6 months after having a bad trip seems like a big deal and highly unusual.
