As it happens, absinthe has not touched my lips this evening. Only ordinary, run-of-the-mill Pinot Noir.

Consider the carnage that can be created by the power of envisioning a particular change in one's life - sometimes known as "creative visualization," sometimes known as prayer.

The carnage created is in direct proportion to the magnitude of the change desired.

Precisement, mon amie. And I was raised agnostic.

It wasn't rebellion, though. I'm just wired differently than my dad. I've felt the presence of the gaseous vertebrate ever since I was just a little dweeb. And I've had weird shit happen to me that my dad never experienced.

I'm no longer a damned fundamentalist, though. Thank God!

Yeah, I was very concerned that you had killed the thread. And then the thought came to me - like an Antarctic chill seizing my heart - that perhaps it was I who killed the thread. And then of course the thoughts of razor blades and car crashes...the endless oblivion that erases all pain...

Fortunately a few glasses of wine put me right again. And now I realize that: No. It is they - not I. I am cool. It is the OTHERS from whom the coolness has evacuated. Nirvana again.

 

So tired. Cold getting better, though.

Dealing with unnecessary drama on fan page of friend who had the heart attack sunday night. He wants me to keep his fans (he has a band) calm but some grown ass women refuse to not be unnecessarily hysterical.

Busy with usual family and life stuff.

Tired must have coffee and cigarette.

 

Aerianne, Aerianne...you rest and take care of that cold. Let ME handle the hysterical women. I have something that will calm them...
