I'm sleepy.

 

I've been exercising every night. I've been REALLY watching what I've been eating...and not eating near all I wanted or what I wanted.

I got on the scales and SCREAMED. I had gained a pound. WTF!

 

Yikes, sorry about that. I would have been so pissed I would have gone to the fridge and gorged.

 

Don't stop beeliiiiievein, hold on to that feeeeeelng...


Okay. I'm going to bed now.

Well, I sorta did. Why not...right?

That still just burns me up, and makes me . I wonder how much would I be weighing if I wasn't watching!

I've just got to say this...when I was "partaking" of things that maybe I shouldn't have, I NEVER had any reason to be the slightest concerned about my weight AND since I've gotten so goldarned "good", I can tell I've aged! I thought giving up vices is supposed to make you Look and Feel young...bs and bah humbug.

 

Thanks...after my brief gorge, I'm back to the grind...exercising and watching what goes in my mouth.

I don't eat sweets. If I snack it is fruit or yogurt. I don't even eat meat every day; but, I do love meat.

Stupid scales.

 

Been cleaning the house all morning...

 

It's a good day to keep an eye out for low-flying asteroids and meteorites. Might need to duck.

the whole front yard is 6 feet deep of hard packed plowed snow

 

The meteorite explosion in Russia didn't appear to have melted any snow. What you need is a lava flow.

large trailer with heated oil reservoir in the bottom similar to roof/road tar pots..basically a propane fired portable heated box...with a large drain and a hose to reach the nearest storm drain

heat it up and dump snow into it and it melts...ive seen some cities using them but never around here
