I don't even like electronic drums.

She talks funny, I know. She talked funny out loud when she was my face-to-face friend too.

 

I like that composition a lot...kinda post-modern orchestral with classical elements, kind like modern jazz.

 

That's nice.

 

I don't mind if it isn't trying to replace a real instrument.

Some approximation of the following conversation ensued:

Me: So that's all you have to say to her?

Deanna: Tell her I want her to have a good life.

Me: Come on, Deanna, that's nothing. You could do a helluva lot better than that.

Deanna: Yes, I could. Okay, I'm getting her, and I know what I need to do. Tell her I love her.

Me: [being a bit put out]

Deanna: [firmly and insistently] I'm telling you that I love her, and that will be enough.

So there you are then. This is often how our conversations go.

 

It's alright - a little flat and not filled with a lot of emotion. I am listening to it through in ear headphones, though

 

LOL, I love Deanna, too!

I was having a conversation with her and told her to say something to me that would blow our minds!

Lol, yeah, gotta love Deanna!

 

That looks like an interesting program...very long though. Maybe I'll watch the whole thing sometime.

She told me you were talking to her. And she gave me a feeling of what the conversation felt like, and I knew she was giving you the loving version of herself. She can be quite an angel when she wants to be.

Edit: My conversation following the above post:

Me: Thank you, Deanna.

Deanna: She thanked me, too. It's just that I know what everybody needs.


And she told me the truth before. She said it would be enough, and she was right.

 

She's pretty fun but I'm sure she more than kicks your ass into line and you love her for it.

 

She makes me laugh out loud a LOT. Sometimes almost uncontrollably.

But yeah, Aerianne - she kicks my ass like nobody I've ever known. Sometimes I love her for it. Sometimes I kick her ass - major big-time.

And she just told me softly: "And I love you for it too."

 

Me: This helped me.

Deanna: It helped her too, babe.

 

Cool. Now we've got the warm fuzzies...

Speaking of which I need to go see if the feral kitty needs her towel changed again.

 

I can tell you that after my interactions with her over the course of this day, warm fuzzies are a needed commodity...

Feral kitties are tricky...they can't read our minds to know we love them and care for them, so it's very very hard to get them to do what's best for them.

 

I'm soo excited for tomorrow Gizmo!
