I completely understand.

Twice, when I was a teenager, I went looking for and picked out a cat. Other than that, it seems like cats come looking for me.

 

I haven't seen pictures of Pakistan...however I once had an employee and close friend who was born there, but raised in England. I have also seen pictures of the area around Tehran, in Iran. Beautiful, forested, hilly landscape. And I once had a close co-worker and friend who was Iranian-American - of course they don't speak Arabic there, they speak Farsi. And my Pakistani friend was an Urdu speaker.

haha, i have a regular bottle opener keychain, but i do need a wine one, because last time i drank wine, i tried to open the bottle with a knife. It ended up looking like a murder scene

I used to drink vodka straight every night. That ended up causing issues that people with authority and power were threatening to use to fuck up my life even more than it was already fucked up.

So I changed to beer. Then after a couple years, I decided to risk wine - a higher concentration of alcohol.

Now once in a while I drink absinthe straight. That's 62% alcohol. It works out okay...mainly because my wife no longer shares a bedroom with me...thank God...

 

Just had to tell the neighbors to quit pounding on the floor.... At 2:15 in the morning.

For the past 2 days everytime I tried to log in, it wouldn't let me! I was told my browser was outdated and referred to somedamnthing where I had to click on somedamnthing to update it. Well, I gave in and actually clicked on it twice (I know...that was stupid), but after about 10 minutes one time and 15 minutes the other time, it was still showing this little file s l o w l y going from one place to the other, so I Xed off.

Tonight I was able to log in as usual. WTF?!?

Just sitting down to eat dinner. Grandkids home this week, training a puppy, grocery shopping, dealing with a sick kitty and the resulting laundry. I am exhausted.
