All I can think about lately is how much I want to smoke a Marlboro. I quit smoking 3/16/2008, and it hasn't been until the past few weeks that it's been worrying me to death.

I heard when you stress, you are being tested. I believe that. You can be full atheist as well, because the test is against yourself. They always are.

You have a number, keep that number.

Some people have said to me, "oh, uhh, yea, yea i quit drinking too ever since blah blah" I say thats good.

Then i say i haven't drank since this date...and they suddenly realize you have some serious strength they cannot verbally judge. I think this is the same for cigs, and any other health destroying addiction.

You need to keep the number. It is a very important key.
