And speaking of too late, I won a minor skirmish in the decades-long war with my wife tonight. I am feeling mighty smug about now.

 

Skirmish...that's a man word.

 

And what would the woman word equivalent be? "Hissing match?"

 

I give off an aura everywhere i go and at times its almost as if its a power of some kind..

Its as if i have a say in things w/o ever saying a word...

The women always look twice as i never look back

The children holding their mothers hand always wave to me

Men act as if they see the aura, i am someone walking they never seen before, the keep their chin up to show their strength, or it becomes eye vs eye, which is one of my strengths, i am great at staring you down, similar to Zengizmo's signature.

I tell this girl at work i like her hair like that, braided style, she has done it almost every single day since.

I said i wanna get plugs, then the next day the dude who gave me shit now wears them everyday.

I can be such an influence its amazing, problem is learning how to use it to my benefit, without being a manipulative creep.

I guarntee once you meet me you wont forget, and i might not even speak a word.

There was a girl in my office who kept wearing her hair in a pony tail. One time, while I was driving somewhere, all alone, I asked her telepathically, "Would you wear your hair down tomorrow?" She answered in my mind, "Okay!"

Next day, her hair was down - first time in weeks that she had worn it that way. And she looked SO good...that I asked her telepathically again, "Would you wear it down again tomorrow?" And she did. That suddenly became her normal way of wearing her hair.

And I have another story about the extremes she went to to please me with her hair style, without a word from me...but another time.

Broony, aside from using your counseling skills on here, have you ever considered going to school for a degree in counseling? Aside from having a natural talent to influence people, you have life experience and would use your skills for good, I'm sure.

Unfortunately there are LOTS of people in counseling that either use their ability to influence for the bad and/or selfish reasons or have no interest in anything but money. There are also many deluded counselors that think they are soooo smart, walk on water, etc etc...and my dog, Jack, could/would help more people than them.

 

It doesn't feel like its Kool, id say King of Mysterious. thats what it feels like.. on how i see society look at me.

Now though Z i got dreadlocks...and the people in the dread forum were right.. wether they are tied up, or laying down, people will remember you more, so you must be very sure of all actions. Damn is that ever more so now, and it was already tough before i locked my hair...

I already got blisters Glen, had them few years now...i ain't out of redemption yet..

 

Seriously...I have thought (before tonight) that the person that "invented" decaf will probably go to hell. Why not just drink hot water and be done with it?!?

I like the word skirmish. I also have the ability to be shallow upon occasion and would gleefully gloat over "busting her chops", even if it was only briefly.

I remember when I was young and we would all be getting ready to go to church. Dear GOD! Even as a youngster I thought what difference did it make if you were going to church and learning about "stuff" if you acted like :devil: before you got there!

 

Yes i have thought about this a little in small forms...

I don't think it will happen...sure i would like to have a degree...but i don't want to go to school for 4 years, or 8, get deep in student loans and...i just don't do good in school, because i spot the little pointless bullshit and just say fuck this, waste of my time and money..well that was mainly from math...math was the reason i left college in the first place...i left college 7 years ago..and now i debt free...

I don't wanna be in the food industry for life...unless i get into management.

Lynn if it wasn't for my SSN, i wouldn't exist..i have worked on staying off the grid my whole life..

Maybe i will be the guy during a moment where someone stands up to say something that must be said and its the start of something great.

A lot of people who did great things for people didn't get their start in school..

I don't have dreads, but I tie my hair back in a pony tail. If you've never worked in a conservative Boston financial firm, you might not understand how very radical a style like that can be in such a place. And my boss' boss' boss' boss knows me by name...and it's not that I'm a model employee...far from it, and I have had run-ins with my boss...but I do what I want, and what I want to do is of major benefit, and I do it for a fraction of the cost of what the IT department would do it for - and I dare say, better than they would do it - cuz it's what I love to do.

I get to be like this cuz my spirit guides took my desires and molded my life to suit them.

What are your desires for your life, broony?

The people who have had the most profound influence on me were not bona fide counselors - and I will tell you, I have been to a LOT of counselors as well. My biggest influencers have been amazing people who were cast in the roles God gave them - in places no bona fide counselor would ever appear. If you want to do good for people, tell the universe what you want. As the Good Book says, "Ask and it shall be given, knock and the door shall be opened to you." And it's the stinkin truth.
