i didn't bother to read all of the posts so i don't know whether this has been said or not.

if you're chill with your neighbor, just ask. don't steal it, that's wrong. and if it is for medicinal, then he's got more than enough for himself, he could probably give you some for little to no cost.

if you're not chill with your neighbor, work on it. but definitely don't steal it, or you'll have loooads of bad karma.

 

^ and cops if he's legally growing. That would really suck. But you shouldn't need that to presuade you to not steal it.

 

Thank you guys =) They guy is has lived there since I was born, and he's really old. I don't really want to steal it cause I like the guy, he's really nice. Maybe I'll just ask for some. And if he says no, I know other people to get it from. I'm just worried that he's going to tell my parents.

i like the japanese maples. I have one thats 19 years old in my yard, and its a beutiful red plant that looks like a cross between a short bush, a pot plant, and a willow tree.

thats like the maple i have. I got confused on the leaves, as i also have the pot-plant-leaf type of maples in the front.

PS: my one in the backyard is like 2X as big and 5X as healthy as the one pictured. Its a luxurious looking plant
