I'm off to see Schpongle and Hallucinogen this July at Life Festival here in Ireland. I can't wait!

Shpongle - band?!
I don't think so..
It's more a collaboration of two amazing psychedelic artists Simon Posford and Raja Ram, with the technology and extensive knowledge needed to start the ball rolling.
But... band?

You are obviously out of the loop dude, it's a 7 piece live Band set, with Posford, Raja Ram and a few other musicians... hence the term live BAND set... this will be the first time Shpongle have ever done it in the UK and the 3rd time ever (they've only done it twice before in Japan). This is why it is so exclusive and tickets sold out in literally a month back in March for an october gig.

followed by a phat afterparty with green nuns of the revolution and some 90s goa djs etc. going to be mentalia!

So it was good, but I didn't like the whole everyone face forward set up. Should have been able to flow free and mangle about rather than feel like was in a mosh pit. New album sounds quite good but they prolly should have played more old stuff than the new album.
