It's pretty natural in a public locker room setting for men to glance or gaze at other men's penises. Personally I am in the slightly above average range and I have never had any type of penis envy. That being said, when I start looking at other men's penises I prefer to look at the average sized penises. Large, huge penises look unnatural to me and don't arouse me at all. A nice, 6 inch, circumcised cock is much more appealing to me. So if you're average sized and you see me staring at your penis take it as a compliment and not an insult.
