Enjoy yourself and try and be sure that youre having sex because you want to, not becvause you need it to heal your upset, or because you hate men and this is your twisted way of getting back at them.

 

The sheer number qualifies her as a slut, most likely, but certainly troubled. That's just not something that someone "normal" does. Sex, at its best, is between two people who care deeply for each other -- either that, or it's shallow, and relatively meaningless beyond just being for the physical fun of it.

The fact that by the age of only SEVENTEEN she's had 7 partners tells me that she's not figuring shit out about how to find one who will last, and is probably throwing her shit out to anyone who will take it, and probably will have 25 by the time she's 20. It's not a great pattern to establish, and if she hasn't contracted an STD by now, she probably will have before long.

Well, dude, you're talking like someone who hasn't been around a lot, and seen the kind of emotional trauma that can come of entering into a sexual relationship too easily. People get messed up, often because they assume that because the other person is willing to have sex with them, that it means there might be the promise of something meaningful, like love and respect. And when that doesn't come, it's a problem to get over, emotionally. I'd bet there are five or more girls reading this within the next two hours who can look back on their lives and realize that this is more or less exactly what has happened to them in their pasts. How many girls here with more than 10 sexual partners wish they hadn't slept with at least 3 of them? The same can go for men, too, but most often it's the men who are happy to get the sex, and the women who are using the sex to get self-esteem and possibly some love and respect. And they use the feeling they get from someone consenting to sex with them to substitute for being truly respected for who they are.
