There's nothing even remotely appealing about a woman who is a "slut," most of whom are that way because of deeply-rooted insecurities, which could have been brought on by any number of things, including sexual abuse. However, society has been conditioned by the media to love sluts. Just look at the way they constantly focus on people like Paris Hilton and Britney Spears, who are idolized by young girls that want to be like them because the media says it's "cool."
I do think that a lot of the girls he are self proclaimed sluts have had some kind of unresolved issues from childhood. Yea, the scary thing is many of the younger generation is growing up thinking this is ok behavior because boys like it and adore this stutty celeberties, it's fucking discusting how the media warps young minds.... I'm hoping i never have a daughter...
i just don't understand why people stress about this so much. the last thing i think about when i meet guy i like is how many people he's had sex with or hasn't. i just don't care.

Most of what I've read in this thread makes me sick. Okay, well, then, maybe we're sluts because it's a never-ending search for a man worth a shit. And we're jumping from guy to guy to end up disappointed.
Take a good long look at yourselves, guys. Women are equally free to date/sleep with guys as guys are to date and sleep with women. To label a woman 'slut' shows clear issues within the guy doing it, whether he's misogynist or other deplorable guy. All men are sluts. It doesn't matter whether we have slept with just one or one hundred women. At least it's only the women who have slept with lots of guys and not all of them, that get the label 'slut'. Fact is, if women let a guy do it, he would. That means all men are sluts but that the women have worked out which are hypocritical on the subject and don't sleep with them. In turn, that means a lot of guys resent that they haven't slept with as many as they'd like and of course, it's not their fault so they criticize and disparage women and use labels such as slut to try to shame them. I don't care how many men a girl/woman has slept with. It's her life and it's also her choice. I do like it when the lady is experienced and knows what she likes in bed. I do like it when she knows how to work my body into a frenzy. I do like it when there's no taboo in the bedroom. No guy will experience that from a virgin and, indeed, to expect the women to be virginal or close to it, is imv, symptomatic of a guy with seriously bad issues. She's an adult and so she doesn't need guys to approve of what she does. Any guy who thinks she should receive his approval is the one who should be looking in the mirror, long and hard.
