i actually find an honestly neutral expression more welcoming and friendly.
what the face looks like when completely relaxed.
the kind of happiness that doesn't depend on excitement,
looks like that kind of relaxed, even if on some faces,
it doesn't look that very much like a smile at all.

i know about the song too of course.
i grew up with music that was like from 20 years before i was born,
and i was born before 1950

what a wonderful world.
that sachmo was able to sing that
when he was being treated the way any and every kind of minority was being treated then
is something i have to remember when i see people not thinking how they treat others

I don't even see why someone would waste their good buzz on that. If you're drunk you don't type. Good rule :-D

 

being drunk really limits your options though. you can't really go anywhere, you can't really play video games or read a book. if you're drinking with your friends and your friends leave, trolling hipforums is one of the few remaining options.

Figured that out years ago. Being drunk for an extended period of time is only fun with friends. After they (or I) leave then its either going to bed or watch some tv for me.
