Those older flip phones never break and the battery lasts for a week. Now we have phones engineered to be obsolete. I have an Iphone but I don't know why. All I do is call and text and maybe sometimes google something which I could live without. I have no "apps".

i sold my craftsman last week

the newer deck did fit the old tractor but i had to change over some pulleys because of the brackets...and then experiment to find the right belt

the mounting holes were there for both pulley locations though...kind of weird....needed a shorter belt than before ..also had to take off the engagement lever rod and put the old spring there instead because mine had the type of deck that always kept belt tension and used a magnetic clutch to engage the blades instead of a lever

This was my first mobile/ "cell" phone. A Nokia 3210 and I remember when I got it too my sisters had only juuust gotten theirs like my two older sisters and mum made it all secret for me so I remember I said hey mum Laura has this new phone and it only costed so and so. You know I think it may have been like $250 or something and anyway mum actually went and bought me this phone and I remember it was navy blue with silver buttons and I hid that thing so my sisters wouldn't be upset.

I'd stick with Nokia for many years. I moved to next model up. Then the next etc. then I tried a Motorola flip phone and I didn't like it at all and went straight back to Nokia. I got a Nokia touch as my last Nokia and then I went to iPhone.

I miss certain things about old phones. You could actually read them in the sun and I remember going to school once with a single battery bar and it last all day.

In snake 2 I think my high score was 2170 and there was no more screen left I ate the tail. What I did was I'd go up and down up and down all screen then run a straight line down the bottom and I'd do lap after lap after lap and once night I filled the screen and I raced back to school the next morning and I had the highest score. :D

I told someone in school they had a brick.
It was a brick. And was red. Like a brick.

We weren't friends after that he literally ended friendship because I teased him. Typical girls blouse dishes it out all day then can't take it. He even tried to get a bully to beat me up because of it in front of my father who said "like what's this dickhead doing?" And I said "that tall one there, Matt, he's upset and asked him to wail on me"
"Fuck off, pack o dickheads" daddy would tell them. :D

Never really seen them again. I seen Matt after. Just ignored the guy sure he was going through personal stuff at the time but still, lol. Fuck him and his brick phone anyway.

My dad was a dad everyone liked and respected. So you didn't want to bother him either. His growing up at school was all rough and tumble and only thing he even taught me about it was that, I don't get to throw a punch unless one comes to me first. That was his rule for me. Once they throw then all good. :) game on.

He taught me to spar and what not. I hurt my wrist once boxing and never went back but he told me about my reach and what to do if I ever needed that, which I've never needed to do hehe.

So yeah he was pretty relax when I came of age because he'd obviously had to let go when my other two elder sisters came of age and drinking so he was the father who he'd go buy us the drinks and felt that was good, he knew then what we were drinking and how much, or so he though and that kept his mind at ease. And he'd drive everyone home at 2am too if we all needed it. But he wasn't happy with those bullies trying to be all hard acting, mostly he said because they did it in front of him, so he said he knew nothing was happening just what a hero waving his arms in public trying to be tough. :D

I come here pleasantly tired and wore out from MOWING THE BACKYARD! [IMG]? [IMG]?

Finally I'm fairly sure we know what it is/was, and I've piddled with it even since I began - and it was the choke. dang little lever thing. [IMG]?

I mowed until I ran out of gas. I thought it was the choke messing with me, and I was even moving it. :D But then I looked and saw I'd run out of gas.

I'm SOO glad I have a mower again. My god. seriously

The place is growing up bad, and I need that mower. I know some stuff it won't cut, but the sound will run the snakes away while I work in areas. lol seriously...

I also have to cut some paths...there are areas that the "paths" are pretty much walked or cut...there are a number of them that need cutting back. The snakes can live in the ivy that's not in the path is the best thing I can say.

If my ship were to come in, this area I'm talking about paths, ivy, etc...I'd wind up having it moved for buildings for animals.

Some things would stay because they would be runs....but I'd take up the rest of the space, working around the big oaks - NO CUTTING BIG OAKS - having to do with helping and rescuing animals.
