depends on the situation really. with my friends in the car, we listen to our songs. Sometimes a little rap, gotta have skrait shit every so often. Chillin out I'll listen to some Floyd. But usually I just chill with my friends and have a bomb time.

i'll third that... even if you dont like the streets, that song is simply amazing stoned. ive had some friends listen to it when they were stoned, and they just sat there like, "holyyyyy shittttt dude, this is amazing". just download it, u'll understand once u listen to it blazed.

other than that though, neil young, yonder mountain string band, and the eels. oh yeah, radiohead too. (as far as radiohead goes, i love pablo honey, the bends, ok computer, some of hail to the theif when im sober... i hate kid a and amnesiac if im sober, but those two can be fun when you're high, but sometimes put me into a really depressed kinda high, and thats no fun.

personally right now my top choices would be placebo as number one, then rasputina...

then theres portishead, the sneaker pimps, muse, lamb, frank sinatra, pink floyd, captain beefheart, frank zappa, j.s. bach, koop, norah jones, cypress hill, primus, tom waits, bueno vista social club, christine gunn, bjork, and anything and everything else i like to listen to. my tastes are quite varied and it depends largely on my mood and who i'm around......

but right now placebo sounds like the best possible choice. actually i'm listening to their latest album right now - the track currently playing is "follow the cops back home"

 

I don't think anyone has mentioned them so far but when i'm stoned I love to listen to Afroman, Snoop, Eminem and Dre (2001 mainly best rap album ever IMO)

now you wouldn't think this is amazing smoking music, but trust me people. Vivaldi, Mozart, the great composers... crank that shit and light up a spliff in your room, you will not regret it. blew my mind last night, i felt like i was being absorbed right into the music and that the music was melding with the stars and leaves and it was beautifuL!

i love listening to the jazz station when i smoke. it just seems to set the mood.
