Being someone that went through a lot of shit throughout his high school years (so much so that if I were to write a book about it they'd place it in the fiction section because no one would believe it) I say fight him fairly and quit being a pussy! Man I can't tell you how many times I had to fight groups of people just becuase a fuck decided he couldn't win on his own and had to bring all his friends into it. I'll grant your situation is slightly different in the fact that I was usually the victim not the one looking for a fight, but still. Friday is a good example of what could happen. Just fight the asshole fairly. Now for the fat ass that started all the crap... that's a whole different story. But you better make sure you have all your facts straight, because from my experience the first story you hear is usually not true. Maybe there is a big piece of the picture missing that you know nothing about yet.

actually u know what, u seem to get in these situations so often, just shoot or stab him like 5 times. everyone else will be scared to fuck with you. if you dont want to go to jail then beat the living shit out of the guy, and i dont mean a cut lip and bloody nose. start running 2wards the mofo, grab his neck and fall on him, once hes down and ur on top, start series of blows, right fist to mouth, left to nose, keepdropping bombs for as long as u can, make sure ur friends dont split u up just keep hitting him, if u havent got good blows use both right and left on mouth, knock his front teeth out, mash his lips and cheeks, cut his eyes, break his nose, rip his ear, break his jaw and maybe even fracture his skull. make sure ppl record it or take a pic of his face in the end, send it 2 everyone. ppl will deffo think twice about shit stirring a fight with you. in the end get ur friends to call u freigt train, u will be the scriest fuck in ur town. afterwards carry round a metal bb 9mm glock replica too. bitches will be begging to suck ur cock too LMAO!

I always managed to talk my way out of fights.
so, this asshole is 4 years older than you, and acts like a freshman girl, 'cept on steroids. so, you have two choices
1: bring your friends in case he brings his. only one on one is ok if its a "personal" argument. (kick the living shit out of him, you are probably faster, right? then tell him to grow the fuck up)
2: call the po-lice. alert them to the situation. they may not giv e a damn, or they may lay in wait because an aggressive "adult" is threatening a minor. My little brother had lots of issues with death threats, he got hurt, his friend got stabbed in the elbow.. major drama but the po pos might have been told about this guy before, and he'll get arrested, or whatever. they got some guy for road rage here in CO, because his plates had been reported before.

if this guy is an asshole, let him have it. the means are up to you. but from what you said, sounds like noone but him will be upset.
