Smoking and drinking

Alcohol always gives me the spins, and the effects seem to double when I smoke at the same time. Have only done it a few times and ended up yakking. Horrible. I try and avoid alcohol, I just dont like the effect it has on me, which is a shame because I like a really good red wine. I will have half a glass everynow and then and my hubby drinks the rest. He likes beer, not your regular lagers such as corona/stella/bud, but real ales such as guiness/murphey's/cafferey's etc. One of the funniest thing I ever saw was a friend of ours from North Carolina who thought he was a "hard drinker" came over to visit us, he had 3 pints of guiness and promptly fell on the floor.

 

After reading this thread, I have a Q for topnotchstoner.

I'm not being critical; merely curious...
You said tonight you drank 40 oz. beer, took a total of 11 xanax's in addition to smoking pot. From reading your posts it seems like being wasted is how you spend at least hours of most days.

What do you see yourself doing a year from now?

 

I am actually going into the Job Corps in January or Ferbruary to be a pharmacy technician. Right now I'm just getting fucked up until then.

 

Topnotch - If I got my prescription from your chemist would I need to check that ALL of my meds where there? Imagine the temptation, storage boxes FULL of xanax....
