Smoking cigarettes

cigarettes are an upper. the "relaxing" bit is just having an addiction fed.

i only shake from them if i havent eaten much... but thats cause i have blood sugar problemos.

 

What do they go for... Because any non-discount brand of cigarettes in BC right now is going for ten bucks a pack.

 

in Idaho and Cali, Spirits are like.. a 5 or 6 bucks (dont remember the exact price).

 

Why would you ever buy spirits in a packs when you can just buy a drum for like 14$ and roll hundreds of your own...

I don't like to smoke cigarettes. I don't bother with them when I'm alone. I'll only smoke if I'm bored and someone offers one to me.

 

they're so fucking expensive in ontario, and places just keep jacking up the price
i smoke DK's cause they're like $3.50 for a pack of 20 and they come in a red box with a maple leaf flag on it :H
i work at a bar, everyone smokes at a bar..i find actually though when i'm working i don't smoke that often...i will sometimes if like people ask me to go out, cause of the whole social thing...i smoked all the time at school cause i people i hung around with
i never see an addiction when it comes to it though...occationally when i'm stressed out i'll want one, or if i'm drinking...but i really don't find myself needing or wanting to smoke all that often...like at all really...

smoking is cool tho no doubt about it :H

You know it is sort of upsetting. My cigarettes went up ten cents a couple months ago. SO now they cost $5.20 a pack. Honsetly, I would pay seven dollars for those cigarettes. I love American Spirits.

 

I started smoking right after I turned 18..maybe it was just the novelty of being able to buy them but I quit a while ago and I feel better for it.

 

I don't bother with trying to get my own cigarettes... I'm not even that fond of them. I'll smoke them if they're around, though.

 

It seems like everybody on this board started smoking after 18, which is weird.

I started at 14 after tearing my ACL in a hockey game, and everyone I know who smokes started in highschool at the latest.

 

I love smoking! It's the greatest thing! I love Marlboro Reds. They are so good, especially when they are in the freezer for a while. Menthols are so GROOOSSS if they are put in the freezer. I can't wait till I get an ID. I'm gonna buy a fucking carton... maybe 2 cartons!!!

 

Useless trivia:
On dead tour cigarette vendors would go around advertising them as "cancer sticks".
It didn't hurt sales.

 

I call them that sometimes. I'll say " Yo can I get a cancer stick?"

In highschool I had to learn how to bum a cigarette in spanish .

 

No way! I had a study hall and the teacher was a spanish teacher and he taught us how to ask for a cigarette in spanish. I forget though. He taught us a few ways. There was one will "cigarillo" and then one with "chinga"

 

I forgot after a while and just said "newport". It worked.

 

One time there was a foreign guy that was asking for a cig. He didn't really ask though, he just pointed at my cig and put his fingers to his mouth.
