Smoking while Preg?

well here you go i didnt ask for you too to tell me how im gonna raise my child and while its in me is how im raising it. this is the last post im making in this thread cause you guys are making me so fucking pissed off. and im about to freak. so good bye and have a nice day!

 

Seriously, why would you ask for advice and then poo-poo every piece offered? I can sort of understand needing the marijuana in place of meds for anxiety, but not for bipolar. There are some safe meds for pregnant women, which a doctor should be able to hook you up with. And like I said, THC is not a problem if you take it in other forms besides smoked.

But blatantly attacking those expressing concern at your actions, while I can understand, to get so completely defensive and rude about shows such a lack of maturity that it calls into question whether or not you're actually wanting advice or to just be a troll.

So really, are you an immature brat or a troll?

you had no right what so ever to call me a troll or a immature brat. I didnt smash every view. Just got upset when people started saying that i was a bad parent and telling me what to do. I just wanted sum facts not a lecture. I stated that plenty of time but no one has the brains to listen except a select few. Im sorry that i didnt enjoy you posts so you got all upset.

 

Thanks for the good coments Duckandmiss and goodvibes83. I was not trying to be negative. Wynterfrost, you have to remember that these postings are from all kinds of people. You have not done any or very little damage to your child at this point. Just keep in mind that back in the day when people did what they wanted while they were pregnant they had to suffer the result. Your child has a very long life to live, God Willing, and I would hope that you think about your child first. That is all. I understand your feelings and I hope you will make the right decision. I am the first person to say that most of the proaganda they government throws at us about weed, smoking and drinking is a lot of guff. Hell, I would prefer not to listen to them at all. However, I know you will be very sad and upset with yourself if later on you realize you could have done something to prevent a problem with you child's health. It is a hard realization that now your life is dedicated to taking care of someone who can't take care of themselves yet. Think of your child and just love it as best as you can. It's the best job you will ever have.

so you know everything?? Not so much...and obviously you know its bad for you baby, otherwise you wouldn't ask for help. For the most part when people ask for advice, they already know what they're gonna do in the end. It seems to me you know you aren't going to stop smoking, and that's why you are sensitive and over reacting to all the posts with GOOD advice on them. I don't know what else to say.

I'm just stepping into the middle of this, so I'm sure I don't know everything surrounded your circumstances, but it sounds like you're being very critical of people's responses. You're 19 if you're profile's right, and that's VERY young to be having a child.
I'm sure you'll end up being a great mom, don't get me wrong, it's good that you're firm in wanting to parent your child the way you see fit, but suggestion is just there to be thought upon.

As far as smoking while pregnant, NO ONE should do anything that careless. It can do horrible things to your child that I'll sure you'd regret later. It can cause premature birth and birth defects that your baby may or may not grow out of. Worst yet, miscarriages are not uncommon either.
