Inciting a riot would be my guess, you're certainly capabale I went on a stealing spree my senior year of highschool. It was such a simple, yet stupid plan. Ever get free potatoes or soda because it's under your cart and you 'forgot about it'? Well I got free electronics the same way. Put them under the cart, and push them out the front. It worked well for about a month or so, then I started stealing more and more. I was stealing so much that the idea turned from petty theft and stupid excuses* into a 'bait and run' type deal. I'd send somebody out(no stolen merch) with an alarm tag on their shoe, pants etc to be a distraction. The night I got caught we hit Walmart for about 6-700 dollars and the alarm DID NOT GO OFF AT ALL. At K-mart my accomplice went through and the alarm remained silent, so I pushed mine through and wasn't so lucky......I'm sure you can figure out where I ended up from there. The dumbass closed the tag up in his hand, making it virtually invisible from the alarms. The worst thing is, I didn't keep ANY of it. Over the whole 1.5-2 months I offed thousands in electronics(car and home) and I'll I kept for myself was a ps1 controller, a ps1 memory card, and FFIX. excuses* Twice I got caught w/ a high price dvd player at the door and told them I "forgot to take it by lay-a-way" and got sent home.
DUDE you are 15, you are still in the "back in the day" stage of life. I respect the ass beating, some people deserve them, but try to remember your life is just at the very beginning stage.
shockingly enuff, I have never been caught...er.ummm, I mean, arrested I had to spend a little time in a holding cell, though. Because some bitch judge was on her period and didn't like the WAY I LOOKED AT HER. Not what I said or did, but the way I looked at her. She wanted to give me ten days but the people that were with me begged and were so worrisome about getting me out, that she let me out after a few hours so ...no harm but still ....when the revolution comes, she'll get it first
lol miss f., love the new smilies... i've never been arrested either, but i'm pretty sure i have a record of running away(they have an official name for this) and somewhere in there i think it mentions that we said yes asking if we had done pot or mushrooms, not knowing mushrooms dont show up on drug tests, had to stay in juvy isolation with just one other friend(outta 4) for one night coming off of shrooms, flew home first class the next day from california...
i was never arrested. however in high school a cop came to my gym class and escorted me to the office for questioning. my ex-boyfriend was sellinmg acid and they wanted me to rat him out. i kept my mouth shut and they finally wrote it off as a case of amnesia LOL but some damn narc told on him and he was kicked out of school anyways, but so was the narc HAHAHAH!!!!!!!!!!!
i got arrested a month after i turned 18 because me and some friends broke into a mental institution that had been shut down for about a year. There was still a ton of crazy shit in there and we were pretty fucked up at the time so i kicked in a window and we crawled in. this place was scary as fuck.. it was huge and gothic and had with people's x-rays, old photo albums, and information charts still left around. so basically we acted like little high school fucks and broke down some doors and sprayed fire extinguisher stuff in alot of the rooms.. after about an hour we went to crawl out of the window and as soon as we got out 2 sherrif SUVs roll up and handcuff us. they took us to jail for a few days and then we went to trial after that.. i ended up with 4 months of house arrest (with the ankle thing) so my whole senior year i couldnt even leave my house or go in my own yard. when i finally finished HA i had 200 hours of community service to complete and i had to go to rehab. im so glad all of that shit is over.. im off paper now and i plan to keep it that way!
Damn, house arrest just for breaking in somewhere?? A friend of mine got house arrest, but it was for quite a long string of crimes...
yeah well i am from a small town in ohio, so basically they wanted to make an example of us to all the other kids out there. plus my prosecuter was trying to look like a badass and win votes cause it was an election year... he was a major dick.
17 years old - pot. I think it's probably not on my record, but I don't care, so haven't checked. And had the FBI at my door once - scary shit, that was.
I don't think the runaway thing stays on your record. I had a missing person thing on me one or 3 times ( mommy dear could only keep her welfare if she reported me missing...and that way she got to continue collecting checks like I was still there). All that ever happened was the cops would "find" me when I was sleeping on the beach or anywhere else that cops like to mess w/ people...run my ID, ask me if I wanted to go home (no), and then they would take me off the list because I "wasn't missing anymore" (ie..for 3 minutes they knew I was alive and breathing on a beach)...and then they'd walk off and I'd continue my life, they'd continue theirs...and the next time I got ID'd by the cops no alert would come up by my name (until welfare threatened to cut off mums check again..then I'd wind up back on the list yet again...the fucking joy).
here Peanuts I can't imagine you getting arrested for anything. however if it was a prison drama, you would have to be that nice lady that got put in prison by mistake and goes around giving all the inmate a listening ear and helpful advice S
the most trouble i've gotten into with the law, was a good talking to back in h.s., and a few times after... no tickets, arrests, etc.. just three very mild warnings... i'm happy for that *knocks on wood*
