Haha just today actually we were by the skatepark in the city in a huge feild/park drinking and the cops drove in and pulled up and there were some obviously underage people in our group openly drinking cans, tequila and jager and they just told us there was no littering so we picked up all the rubbish and they drove off...although I got away with trying to offer a packed bong to a pig on saturday
