Windex is stickier so I assume once it's been sitting for a while it'd make the weed seem more sticky while being damp, hence no one is the wiser.

Or it could be it was someone who thought if they'd spray it with windex it'd make people get all kinds of high from it and have more people come back to him

i have heard this many times in my years of smoking, so it seems like it's not true all the times i've heard it, but that doesn't mean a couple of assholes couldn't have done it.

people have said maybe to make it sticky, or "get you more fucked up" - notice i said fucked up, not high (so in a bad way), or just because he was stupid.

Indeed, I've been friends with a few heroin addicts and if anything the 1st thing they'd do is try to get a cotton shot, or find a way to get dope/be prepared to have a really miserable day once the sickness kicks in
