my feeling is stuff is pretty readily available all over the USA... people who can find things do -

one of my coolest experiences getting the hook-up was in a tiny town in the middle of nowhere...
there was this real young guy we met who was a big-time drug collector. he looked like he fell out of the 1880s... he had these old-school suitcases with this intricately organized drug collection, with like the craziest shit you've ever seen. things you've never seen.
and he was just doing his crazy thing in some tiny town out there... awesome...
