I appreciate it. At least someone believes me. Whether or not y'all believe me I would hope that at least we can get past this. I would hope that you could forgive me for leaving my account open and my brother for making the comment. I will also try not to post so many pics of me. Didn't realize it was such a big deal. However, I can see how it gets old. I will keep you updated around the 3-4 month mark.

 

I'm divided. On the one hand, his 'brother' joined 18 days ago. So unless he had the foresight to create a scapegoat account in order to flame other peeps I can't see how it could be him.

Of course, he could have insulted SE(which I was not witness to so my opinion is moot anyway), got shit for it, and then asked his brother to post a public apology. This seems likely because until today his bro was a silent observer to the forums, his only posts being created today. Its possible his bro is covering up for a bad mistake because with an account that has 2 posts to his name there is little threat in being banned.

However, everyone says things that they wish they could take back. So can I venture the path that hasn't been voiced yet? Lets just forget this and let him do whatever. It was a mistake and I think with the shitstorm he just unleashed he is probably gonna be more careful with his posting. Lets wipe the slate clean and do the whole "Hi, I'm jason/halix, good to meet you" shit all over again. However, if he continues to picwhore his way through the day, by all means rip him a new one.

Just my 2 cents. I know I'm new here so sorry if I'm intruding in something of which I'm not involved. I just think we need to remember to forget if not forgive once in a while

I'm going to have to agree with Vigilanteherbalist and Greenearthgirl, an apology was made, he is a new member, if he did write it, then he learned his lesson if he didn't and it was in fact his brother then he learned his lesson, either way a lesson has been learned an apology made. I doubt it will happen again, but we don't want to make him hate all of us for not letting it go? People make mistakes, It's up to the mods to Ban them, if they see it's fit. I know a lot of people were offended, or shocked, but some attempt was made to clear it and make things right.

It's not drama, it's a situation that happened where nothing got done about it. The only thing that came of this was a clean slate for Duval. When we got new mods everyone was happy because we would have people who took care of this kind of stuff, but apparently not, and everyone seems to be o.k with it.

 

what do you want me to do chaos, leave what duval wrote as a quote in your post? I think even though it's deleted seeing peoples reactions says a lot without leaving something so offensive up.

 

Plus, he's getting what the karma gods know he deserves... No one has forgotten, very few have forgiven, and no one here thinks he or his 'brother' have what it takes to sport dreads for more than three months anyway...
