Haha, true...I'd rather listen to my horrendous crying...

If I am sad I usually don't listen to sad music, I listen to music that makes me up-beat.. Not something that's going to feed into my sadnesss.... Everyone is different though...

 

I listen to some in-your-face rap in case I'm sad but that hardly ever happens.
