Hmmm... now if someone has a genetic defect should he sue his parents? If someone is going to base their diet on fast food then they clearly aren't prioritizing health and deserve whatever they get. Such frivolous actions should be thrown out of court and the people who file them should be shot along with the dorks who recommend the suits in the first place.

is there any actual money involved in this lawsuit? I got the impression it was just for truth in lableing. This chicken is being marketed as a healthy alternative to other fatty or fried foods. The fact that every single sample taken tested positive for a particular carcinogen that is not present in fried chicked, is where thier beef seems to be. If I sell top fuel grade nitrous oxide (if you ever got any, you'd no) as medical grade, youd be pissed wouldnt you?
actually the only difference in medical grade oxygen and nitrous is filtering, thats it? I had a freind who worked at a welders supply store and they sold oxygen to medical places. All came from the same place, just medical got filtered more.
HAHA,no, your lungs know the difference. Its the difference between a pleasent fish session and your lungs screaming out in pain for next hour. Welding grade is pure enough for fun, but autograde has additives that hurt, bad.
