I'll answer questions. So long as they aren't too cosmic.

Have I got the gift of the gab or the gift of the bullshit artist?
I was just wondering what gift I had.
    See, not too cosmic.

It's not too cosmic. But too geocentric.

rat wouldnt post a link to a movie made by a buncha college kids,,he would make a movie himself,,then post the link.. ;)

are you implying that al gores movie was made by people with the same lack of credibility??

    if so,, i agree....

BTW,, those kids put a HELLUVA lot of effort into that film on the budget they had and its still filled with more facts than al gores movie was...

Al Gore the all mighty inventor of the internet, the master of solving global warming, the got robbed of his presidency.

His movie was so full of half truths, partial info, and the funny scene where he let his laptop and lights on as we he walked out of his hotel room (yeah he cared about the global warming) that it made the film worthless other than that it sparked a few to think they needed to change habits.

Truther Judy Wood is getting close to becoming a blend of Loose Change and Al Gore. She now contends that 9/11 diverted the direction of a hurricane off the east coast. Not quite a 9/11 global warming link but getting there.

We all know that 9/11 didn't divert a hurricane off the east coast. It was Pat Robertson's prayers that did it.

No, I'm not having a go at Pressed_Rat.
Just the quality or lack of quality in each film.
Both were personal attempts to bring to light an issue.
Loose change has a cascade of errors within it.
Al Gores Film has a cascade of errors within it it.
If Pressed_Rat has posted a link to Loose Change.
He has not got any room to criticise Al Gore's film imo.

It seems you like the LC film.
We are sometimes blind to a films failings when we accept the premise of a film.

I'm going to guess a lot of people are going to act like idiots no matter what happens next week.

Anyone who's been paying attention to economics for the past 18 months won't be surprised in the next week. I assume the rest aren't the types concerned with the performance of the economy as long as their eating.

the difference is you have college kids making a film with credit cards against a former vice president and a unlimited budget..
if you look at it that way.. the kids did a amazing job.. that is all i am saying..
there was nothing in loose change that i had not already seen and heard..

Dylan Avery was a film school reject, and it's very apparent why.

Content aside, It was shaky, inconcise, the editing was terrible, and the narration was poor.

It's hard for me to put content aside since it's a documentary. But from a technical point of view, Loose Change was a terrible film.

I did when I was 17. It was based on my childrens book Ivan's Summer Adventure in the Field Of Malpractice Suits.

It was a bit amateurish, but pretty funny.

Most people here who aren't you care. And you're barely literate. So I'm going as far as saying anyone here who can read cares.
