So What's The Deal With The Confederate Flag Anyway?

Behavior is gained by influence. Any race brought up in a certain environment will act the same.

 

Why would Canadians be displaying that flag anyway? That is stupid.

As a Virginian, I'm borderline offended when stupid people in somewhere like Alabama fly the flag just to be obnoxious. And most definitely offended when said stupid people from the north and Canada do it.

 

Canadians flying the confederate flag? Seriously wtf is happening here.

 

Someone is waving it in their yard here in the north of the netherlands too. Who knows why? Well, if he's Frisian there is indeed a good chance that it's just to be obnoxious

But what's really more stupid, some people in another country who happen to wave the confederate flag...or getting offended about it? Btw: I can understand getting offended about some obnoxious racists in Alabama waving a flag that means something to you. Just not to some dutch or canadians (maybe they just happen to like the southern states a lot too?)

I'm using the word offended very loosely. But it is a aggravating when people use it as some kind of fashion statement or racist symbol when they really have no idea what it's about.
