Social Activism/Justice, ugh why do I care?

I would buy them citizenship in a safe county. A country that need doctors.

A place were their talents are needed and would be appreciated.

If changes are ever going to happen at governmental levels, like dictatorships toppling and the right to free speech being honored, you gotta get a critical mass. One person can't make a difference, sorry to shit on that idealistic tenet, but all one person can do is change their behaviour and influence those around them. The snowball thus created is the only thing that will bring about such changes, and they probably won't happen in our lifetime but it doesn't mean you choose to do nothing. You do what you can do.

 

I think that if enough of us change our mindset, adn actually CARE then the wheels will be set in motion for some real change... quantum physics.

 

Well I am not really interested in changing the mass of society.

But I am going to do what is right. Sometimes we have to take a stand in life. It is now my time to make a stand.

I can live with consequences. I have lived with them my entire life.

Since I cannot count on others it looks like I am going to take on matters in my own way.
