    My Result: Balanced Oxidizer
    View user's Quiz School Profile

Balanced oxidizers need an equal percentage of carbs, fats, and proteins and have the ability to do well on the widest range of foods.

This quiz isn't the best but it's ok.
Also stabby I thought of something else that has sugar but is good for you. Chocolate. Raw chocolate is best there is no sugar, but dark chocolate is very good for you it has alot of resveratrol something that is proven to help people live longer.

Fresh, I hate to break it to you, but you are not healthy. You do so much bad shit under the guise of 'healthy' (raw chocolate is bullshit, it is a poison) On top of your soda and other crap. Gogi berries? they arent saving you, neither are your expensive pills. Sugar is good for nobody, it is an addictive drug and you will tell yourself it is fantastic untill you start taking this shit serious, and in my experience the people who take this serious are people who have been very sick and dont take health for granted. I dont know your story but if you're doing it for cool points and to pick up chicks then that explains things.

Ok thats funny, because I look healthy, I feel very healthy. You don't know shit saying raw chocolate is poison. It is one of the best superfoods there are. It is called raw cacao, is a very good source of magnesium and most importantly resveratrol. Dark chocolate and honey are different topic, they have sugar but they are still great for you if you can handle sugar.

I take this shit serious, I am in charge of my body and take advantage of doing whatever the fuck I want. I have lived with sugar as one of the best things for the first half of my life, there is no way I can just ditch sugar after I know how much I love it, and after having personal experience with what it does to my body. Thats right I have had hardcore amounts of sugar in my life, but once I started focusing on progressing my health, I got healthy enough to feel like the sugar did nothing to me. As long as you eat right there is nothing to worry about, just do what feels right while being smart about it.

My favorite thing besides how sugar tastes and makes you feel, is that it highers adrenaline levels, and I love adrenaline its what I live for.

Soda pretty much sucks. If I need to burp or something I don't mind a few sips, but that shit is plagued with sugar, high fructose corn syrup and a host of other poisons. No thanks.

Caffeine rocks though, so I just stick with my good old coffee.

Haha fresh, ill say this first. I get a laugh out of you, beacuse you are where I was about 3-4 years ago. I know all about raw cacao, i uesd to eat handfulls of it every day. I have purchased and used just about every product you can find in a health food store. About 90% of it is crap. I am telling you this through living it. Not what some douchbag wrote an article on the internet about how some shit is packed with nutrition (that your body will never be able to use).

I think you said last page that Agave is superior to Honey? pray tell how Agave being more processed somehow is better for you than raw honey?

It is obvious you are in charge and doing whatever you want.. cocaine, soda pop, sugar, acai berries... drugs man, you sound like a drug addict..
    SUGARR!! RAARRGGHH!!
Your justification is that you 'loved it so much as a kid' so you WONT stop now?
haha too funny fresh. you think about that.
I dont care what you're doing, but im calling you on saying you're some elite physical specimine so healthy.. from your posts i dont think your brain works right, pissing in vagina's and all.

By the way, that sugar is not 'hightening' your adrenaline levels.. its burning them out and stressing your body. but you're such a junkie you have convinved yourself that its a good thing.

Ok, I know sugars a drug, and I know I am addicted. I don't really go out of my way to get sugar unless I haven't had it in a long time or something. Thats how I think of it too I don't think of it as "food", I think of it as a sugar fix.
I am getting more worried about coffee at this point, I am starting to need that every day, though it has vitqmins and minerals at least, its not very good for your heart and lowers calcium levels. Thats why I'm making sure I drink more milk at night to make up for that. I feel I can think clearly, my body feels good all the time, so I don't see any problem. The most important food that has helped me the most to get to this point is bee pollen. That stuff is a gift from god. It helps you think faster, helps you feel better, helps you feel more alive, helps give you energy, helps everything it is like the best medicine.
About pissing in vagina hahahah I did not expect you to bring that up, that was a joke post and I wouldn't do that. You gotta admit it is funny though :D

I used to drink a TON.

I realised how bad it was for me and stopped, and hadn't drank any for literally years.
Had one yesterday, it was terrible. Don't know why I ever liked coke.
